Privacy Policy Addendum
Talent Pool and Employer Service

This addendum is an integral part of the RINKIS DARBĄ Privacy Policy and describes additional data processing related to the Talent Pool and Employer Service.
PP-A1. Talent Pool Data Processing
Purpose: Displaying anonymized professional profiles to registered Employers to connect Candidates with job proposals.
Legal basis: Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). The Candidate gives separate, explicit consent when activating Talent Pool participation.
Data processed:

NOT processed or shown to Employers: name, email, phone number, LinkedIn profile, current or past employer name, CV text.
Consent withdrawal: The Candidate may opt out at any time via /profile/settings. The profile is removed from search within 24 hours.
PP-A2. Connect Request Data Processing
Purpose: Connecting Employers and Candidates for specific job positions.
Legal basis: Request creation — contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Contact detail transfer — consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Automated processing: Day-7 reminder email, day-14 request expiry, match score calculation (advisory only, GDPR Art. 22 does not apply).
PP-A3. Employer Account Data Processing
Purpose: Employer account administration and service delivery.
Legal basis: Contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
PP-A4. Data Retention Periods

PP-A5. Data Recipients
Your anonymized profile is visible to registered and approved Employers. Upon accepting a connect request, your chosen contact details are transferred to the specific Employer, who becomes a separate data controller with respect to that data.
No Talent Pool data is transferred to third parties except for technical service providers listed in the main Privacy Policy.
PP-A6. Candidate Rights
In addition to the rights listed in the main Privacy Policy, the Candidate has the right to:
- Opt out of the Talent Pool at any time without losing access to other platform services
- Receive information about how many Employers have viewed their anonymized profile (via GDPR access request)
- Connect request history is included in the data export (/profile/settings)
